About QRandPay<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"1747\" data-end=\"1833\"><strong data-start=\"1747\" data-end=\"1779\">QRandPay (\u201cwe\u201d, \u201cour\u201d, \u201cus\u201d)<\/strong> operates a digital payment platform that facilitates:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1835\" data-end=\"1930\"><li data-start=\"1835\" data-end=\"1852\"><p data-start=\"1837\" data-end=\"1852\">Non-cash tips<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1853\" data-end=\"1882\"><p data-start=\"1855\" data-end=\"1882\">Order or invoice payments<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1883\" data-end=\"1896\"><p data-start=\"1885\" data-end=\"1896\">Donations<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1897\" data-end=\"1930\"><p data-start=\"1899\" data-end=\"1930\">Other supported payment types<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1932\" data-end=\"2115\">We provide the <strong data-start=\"1947\" data-end=\"1961\">technology<\/strong> to route payments securely to merchants, service providers, and staff.<br data-start=\"2032\" data-end=\"2035\" \/>We do <strong data-start=\"2041\" data-end=\"2048\">not<\/strong> provide banking, lending, payroll, or financial advisory services.<\/p><p data-start=\"2117\" data-end=\"2201\">Payments are processed through licensed third-party payment processors, including:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2202\" data-end=\"2252\"><li data-start=\"2202\" data-end=\"2216\"><p data-start=\"2204\" data-end=\"2216\"><strong data-start=\"2204\" data-end=\"2214\">Stripe<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2217\" data-end=\"2252\"><p data-start=\"2219\" data-end=\"2252\"><strong data-start=\"2219\" data-end=\"2250\">EveryPay (SEB Bank partner)<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2254\" data-end=\"2298\">We do <strong data-start=\"2260\" data-end=\"2267\">not<\/strong> store or process card details.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2300\" data-end=\"2303\" \/><h2 data-start=\"2305\" data-end=\"2334\"><strong data-start=\"2308\" data-end=\"2334\">2. Service Description<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"2336\" data-end=\"2364\">The Platform enables you to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2366\" data-end=\"2497\"><li data-start=\"2366\" data-end=\"2409\"><p data-start=\"2368\" data-end=\"2409\">Leave a voluntary tip to a staff member<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2410\" data-end=\"2460\"><p data-start=\"2412\" data-end=\"2460\">Pay for goods\/services ordered from a merchant<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2461\" data-end=\"2497\"><p data-start=\"2463\" data-end=\"2497\">Make a donation where applicable<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2499\" data-end=\"2527\">Payment methods may include:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2529\" data-end=\"2638\"><li data-start=\"2529\" data-end=\"2543\"><p data-start=\"2531\" data-end=\"2543\">Bank cards<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2544\" data-end=\"2570\"><p data-start=\"2546\" data-end=\"2570\">Apple Pay \/ Google Pay<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2571\" data-end=\"2587\"><p data-start=\"2573\" data-end=\"2587\">SEB\/EveryPay<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2588\" data-end=\"2638\"><p data-start=\"2590\" data-end=\"2638\">Other methods available at the time of payment<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2640\" data-end=\"2717\">A service fee may apply and will be displayed before confirming your payment.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2719\" data-end=\"2722\" \/><h2 data-start=\"2724\" data-end=\"2786\"><strong data-start=\"2727\" data-end=\"2786\">3. Relationship Between You, QRandPay, and the Merchant<\/strong><\/h2><ul data-start=\"2788\" data-end=\"3175\"><li data-start=\"2788\" data-end=\"2972\"><p data-start=\"2790\" data-end=\"2972\"><strong data-start=\"2790\" data-end=\"2813\">For order payments:<\/strong> QRandPay acts only as a <strong data-start=\"2838\" data-end=\"2864\">technical intermediary<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"2865\" data-end=\"2868\" \/>The merchant is solely responsible for service delivery, product quality, order accuracy, and refunds.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2974\" data-end=\"3094\"><p data-start=\"2976\" data-end=\"3094\"><strong data-start=\"2976\" data-end=\"2989\">For tips:<\/strong> Tips are voluntary payments made to individuals or groups. These are not payments for goods or services.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3096\" data-end=\"3175\"><p data-start=\"3098\" data-end=\"3175\">QRandPay is not responsible for the merchant\u2019s or service provider\u2019s actions.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"3177\" data-end=\"3180\" \/><h2 data-start=\"3182\" data-end=\"3218\"><strong data-start=\"3185\" data-end=\"3218\">4. License and Acceptable Use<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"3220\" data-end=\"3295\">You may use the Platform only for legitimate payment purposes. You may not:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3297\" data-end=\"3489\"><li data-start=\"3297\" data-end=\"3345\"><p data-start=\"3299\" data-end=\"3345\">Reverse-engineer or tamper with the Platform<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3346\" data-end=\"3404\"><p data-start=\"3348\" data-end=\"3404\">Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3405\" data-end=\"3444\"><p data-start=\"3407\" data-end=\"3444\">Attempt to bypass security features<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3445\" data-end=\"3489\"><p data-start=\"3447\" data-end=\"3489\">Use automated systems without permission<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"3491\" data-end=\"3494\" \/><h2 data-start=\"3496\" data-end=\"3531\"><strong data-start=\"3499\" data-end=\"3531\">5. Data Processing &amp; Privacy<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"3533\" data-end=\"3588\">By using QRandPay, you acknowledge that we may process:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3590\" data-end=\"3701\"><li data-start=\"3590\" data-end=\"3612\"><p data-start=\"3592\" data-end=\"3612\">Transactional data<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3613\" data-end=\"3649\"><p data-start=\"3615\" data-end=\"3649\">Device and technical information<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3650\" data-end=\"3701\"><p data-start=\"3652\" data-end=\"3701\">Optional personal data (e.g., email for receipts)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3703\" data-end=\"3767\">All processing is described in detail in our <strong data-start=\"3748\" data-end=\"3766\">Privacy Policy<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"3769\" data-end=\"3884\">Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and\/or EveryPay in compliance with PCI-DSS and EU regulations.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3886\" data-end=\"3889\" \/><h2 data-start=\"3891\" data-end=\"3917\"><strong data-start=\"3894\" data-end=\"3917\">6. Fees and Charges<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"3919\" data-end=\"3945\">Some payments may include:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3947\" data-end=\"4041\"><li data-start=\"3947\" data-end=\"3973\"><p data-start=\"3949\" data-end=\"3973\">A QRandPay service fee<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3974\" data-end=\"4000\"><p data-start=\"3976\" data-end=\"4000\">Payment processor fees<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4001\" data-end=\"4041\"><p data-start=\"4003\" data-end=\"4041\">Merchant-specific fees (if applicable)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"4043\" data-end=\"4156\">All fees are displayed before completing your payment.<br data-start=\"4097\" data-end=\"4100\" \/>By confirming payment, you agree to the displayed total.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4158\" data-end=\"4161\" \/><h2 data-start=\"4163\" data-end=\"4180\"><strong data-start=\"4166\" data-end=\"4180\">7. Refunds<\/strong><\/h2><h3 data-start=\"4182\" data-end=\"4204\"><strong data-start=\"4186\" data-end=\"4204\">Order payments<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"4205\" data-end=\"4345\">Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks for <strong data-start=\"4244\" data-end=\"4262\">order payments<\/strong> must be handled directly with the <strong data-start=\"4297\" data-end=\"4309\">merchant<\/strong> who provided the goods or services.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"4347\" data-end=\"4371\"><strong data-start=\"4351\" data-end=\"4371\">Tips &amp; Donations<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"4372\" data-end=\"4479\">Tips and donations are generally <strong data-start=\"4405\" data-end=\"4423\">non-refundable<\/strong>, as they are voluntary and immediately routed to staff.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4481\" data-end=\"4484\" \/><h2 data-start=\"4486\" data-end=\"4521\"><strong data-start=\"4489\" data-end=\"4521\">8. Liability and Disclaimers<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"4523\" data-end=\"4608\">QRandPay provides the Platform <strong data-start=\"4554\" data-end=\"4584\">\u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available\u201d<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"4585\" data-end=\"4588\" \/>We do not guarantee:<\/p><ul data-start=\"4610\" data-end=\"4694\"><li data-start=\"4610\" data-end=\"4634\"><p data-start=\"4612\" data-end=\"4634\">uninterrupted access<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4635\" data-end=\"4659\"><p data-start=\"4637\" data-end=\"4659\">error-free operation<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4660\" data-end=\"4694\"><p data-start=\"4662\" data-end=\"4694\">compatibility with all devices<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"4696\" data-end=\"4718\">We are not liable for:<\/p><ul data-start=\"4720\" data-end=\"4893\"><li data-start=\"4720\" data-end=\"4740\"><p data-start=\"4722\" data-end=\"4740\">merchant actions<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4741\" data-end=\"4771\"><p data-start=\"4743\" data-end=\"4771\">service or product quality<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4772\" data-end=\"4812\"><p data-start=\"4774\" data-end=\"4812\">incorrect data provided by merchants<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4813\" data-end=\"4839\"><p data-start=\"4815\" data-end=\"4839\">payment network issues<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4840\" data-end=\"4893\"><p data-start=\"4842\" data-end=\"4893\">user mistakes (wrong amount, wrong recipient, etc.)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"4895\" data-end=\"4959\">Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4961\" data-end=\"4964\" \/><h2 data-start=\"4966\" data-end=\"4993\"><strong data-start=\"4969\" data-end=\"4993\">9.
